Bernd Fricke has more than 20 years of consulting and management experience in medium-sized companies, SMEs and corporations.
Right from the start of his career, Bernd dedicated himself to finding and selecting talent and managers, which remains his passion to this day. Later, as Market Vice President for an international consulting company, he built up the sales and marketing department in the DACH region.
Supporting his medium-sized and corporate clients in restructuring and transformation as well as in the development of future-oriented leadership competencies is another part of his experience.
An essential focus is on providing personal advice and support to senior executives during the new placement, most recently as a Director at Kienbaum.
