After earning his degree in Business Administration, Björn gathered 19 years of management experience in leading positions at international, listed groups such as Unilever NV and Beiersdorf AG.

He led domestic and foreign business units and held several management roles at regional, European level, with a particular focus on strategy development and business growth. Additonally, he accomplished sustainable turnarounds through process optimization and change management.

Applying his working knowledge of corporate management, M&A, sales, marketing, innovation, logistics and HR management, Björn advises his clients based on a cross-functional approach, along the entire value chain. They benefit from his experience with a wide range of business models in various producing and processing industries as well as in the areas of Business, Professional and Digital Services and Retail.

In addition to his work as a consultant, Björn has been active as a career coach for many years.
