PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Esther has more than 17 years of work experience in research and education of leading university and non-university institutions, 10 years of which in a university hospital. Besides leading national and international projects and training students and PhD students Esther was professional member of various committes, appointments committes and she gained experience in human resources development.

CONSULTANCY EXPERIENCE

Esther has been working in our consultancy company since 2016 and she extended her experience in the recruitment of top-level positions in the Medical and Care Section as well as management positions in all institutions in the healthcare sector. Due to her special knowledge of the academic market she focuses on filling positions in the medical and research sector as well as in Biotechnology, Pharmacy and Veterinary Medicine.
