German Abitur; study of Medicine and Business Administration at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich and European Business School Oestrich-Winkel; degree in Medicine and Health Economics (Gesundheitsökonom (EBS)); Doctorate at Technische Universität of Munich.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Henrik has more than 10 years of management experience in public and private healthcare institutions. After being trained in internal medicine he moved to the medical & physician management unit of a maximum care facility in Bavaria. Afterwards he took a position in the group management team, sharing responsibility for the establishment of the newly founded municipal holding company in Munich. In 2007 he joined a renowned private clinic group as Director of the administrative headquarters and the medical care centers.

CONSULTING EXPERIENCE

As a medical doctor in a consultant role, Henrik focuses his consulting activities on the recruitment of top level medical positions for all types of healthcare facilities. His broad expertise covers commercial and medical functions. Moreover, Henrik has substantial experience in making critical personnel decisions and is recognized as a specialist for innovative medical strategy, communication management and change management. He is responsible for the field of management potential analytics and provides advice to shareholders and advisory boards of companies in the healthcare sector.
