The graduate economist studied economics at the University of Hohenheim with a focus on marketing and human resources. In the IT and telco industry, he headed various HR departments.
Since 2004 Frank Staffler has been active in recruiting and personnel marketing. Most recently, he was responsible for recruiting operations and personnel marketing at Telekom before moving to Rochus Mummert digital after a sabbatical. He is one of the pioneers of ‘mobile recruiting’ in Germany, his employer branding and recruiting campaigns have received many awards.
