Joern brings 20 years of leadership and management experience to the table, having served as CFO and Finance Director in the energy sector, construction services industry, and corporate advisory services in Germany, the UK, and the Netherlands.
Following his studies in business administration, he began his career at PwC in corporate finance. At E.ON, he managed investment-intensive project business in the oil and gas sector and later established the finance, HR, legal and IT departments at the international construction services provider ISG.
Joern has a deep understanding of the operational business, and is therefore able to identify the requirements of the business and the expectations of clients. He is adept at winning people over and inspiring them for new tasks.
In 2022, he switched to personnel consulting, where he advises medium-sized companies and family businesses on filling key positions.
