Soon after completing his studies of Business Administration Jürgen assumed his first leadership role as Head of Controlling, followed by other key positions such as Head of Finance and Business Administration, Management Team Member and Head of Branch Sales at the machinery engineering group Jungheinrich AG.
He also acquired international experience as Commercial Director and General Manager of Jungheinrich’s French subsidiary, with a focus on production and sales.
As Chairman of the Management Board at Kramer Werke GmbH, he restructured and internationalized the large, family-owned machinery company in the German Mittelstand segment. These experiences form the basis of his long-term consulting success with focus on companies in the international industrial manufacturing sector. He also supports SME companies (Hidden Champions) with substantial operations in Asia.
