EDUCATION

Vocational degree in Industrial Business (Industriekaufmann); German Abitur; study of Business Administration in Healthcare at Hochschule Osnabrück; degree in Business Administration in 1996 (Diplom-Kaufmann (FH)).

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

For seven years Oliver worked as Controller at a 600-bed hospital (Kaiserswerther Diakonie) and a university clinic (Universitätsmedizin Göttingen). In a further role as HR Director, he was responsible for a university clinic and then for a mid-sized hospital group (SRH Kliniken Heidelberg). Spending a total of nearly 15 years in various hospitals, Oliver acquired operational and strategic competency in HR management, HR marketing, personnel development, industrial relations and labor law, as well as in hospital financing and controlling.

CONSULTING EXPERIENCE

As a consultant his focus is on the recruitment of specialists and leaders in commercial, medical and nursing functions in the healthcare and life science field. Additionally, he is active in management audits, HR strategy development, onboard coaching, personnel development, employer attractiveness, and the reorganization of HR functions.
