Mr. Rüdiger Schmidt has many years of professional experience as a management consultant as well as a manager in leading positions in human resources management in a corporate and medium-sized environment with international tasks.
The graduate psychologist completed coaching training at Christopher Rauen GmbH, which follows the integrative approach of Rauen and Steinhübel. He also has further training in solution-oriented systemic counselling and advises in the area of PSI self-management.
