He then opted for a career change and entered the HR Service Partner & Executive Search industry. At von Rundstedt & Partner he advised managers and companies dealing with separation issues and was also active in career planning and executive search. Joining the country management team of the internationally active, US-based talent management consultancy Lee Hecht Harrison, he assumed national responsibility for sales and marketing. In a next step he was recruited by FMT Executive Search to fill the role of Managing Partner and was tasked with building up their new branch office in Düsseldorf. In a final move he accepted an offer from Rochus Mummert to apply his extensive consulting experience, focusing on complex executive search topics for large corporations and Mittelstand companies.
