Uwe Mletzko is a theologian, diaconal scientist and Chairman of the Board of the Alsterdorf Protestant Foundation in Hamburg. In addition to his many years of pastoral ministry, he worked as a personal assistant to the President of “Diakonie Deutschland” and has been leading in diaconal institutions and companies for 15 years. According to the guiding principle “People are our life”, he focuses on highlighting and promoting not the deficits but the special qualities of people.
