Owner-managed company for temporary mobile construction site equipment

Our client is a German, owner-managed family holding company and the world's leading specialist and service provider for mobile space solutions in container construction with significant growth in recent years. A few years ago, our client responded to the increasing demand for adequate accommodation, recreation and work spaces on construction sites, in industry, educational institutions, retail and gastronomy by founding a regional subsidiary in Poland, where it also operates a large fleet of standardized rental containers and their accessories. Customized special solutions are also built exactly according to customer specifications in all dimensions and with all required specifications and offered for sale. The company has a rapidly growing customer portfolio in Poland and a lot of potential in neighboring Baltic countries, with a positive market perception in terms of quality and, above all, technological solution competence. The company has all operational service areas on board, based on competent development and its own logistics expertise, and is therefore well-positioned and unrivaled in its increasingly important segment. Active business development, both regionally and in new segments, is intended to further leverage the existing potential in the Polish and Baltic markets. With around 50 employees in this subsidiary - supported by strong shared services from the parent company - annual sales in the mid double-digit million range are achieved. Customer-specific developments with a demand for quality, flexibility and corresponding logistics and installation expertise offer excellent opportunities for the future.

Overall sales responsibility for a person with a network in the construction supply industry

The position of Head of Sales Poland & Baltics (m/f/d) is to be filled as soon as possible as part of the company's efforts to secure its future and growth. In close cooperation with the management of the Polish branch, the Head of Sales is responsible for co-developing and implementing the growth strategy for the Poland and Baltics region in existing and new business areas in line with the strategy and with responsibility for sales and results. With currently 15 sales employees in the region, markets, customers and regions are systematically developed or strategically opened up on the basis of market and competition analyses. One measure here is the conception and implementation of new strategic sales approaches in the areas of industry, trade, gastronomy and education for defined target customers outside the construction sector. In addition to sales and budget planning coordinated with the management, the management and development of the team is a key task. This includes defining and clearly communicating targets and measures with employees and managing activities on the basis of KPIs. At the same time, the role also includes operational support for the region, including customer care and maintaining the company's own network by participating in trade fairs and industry-relevant events.
Over the next few years, further customer structures and areas of application are to be driven forward and significant further growth realized.

Strategically and operationally experienced sales manager for temporary space solutions and services for the construction industry, among others

After successfully completing a degree in economics or technical studies with a focus on sales, you will have many years of successful experience in the international sales of technical products and/or mobile solutions in the rental approach to the construction industry. Experience with project-related rental and leasing approaches and the associated service and logistics requirements is urgently required. You are sufficiently hands-on and team-oriented, know the local decision-making processes for project-related investments in the construction industry and have good management experience of a small team. You have gained your sales experience with internationally active companies in the construction supply industry, logistics service providers and ideally in the mobile rental service environment. Fluent, business fluent Polish and English round off your profile. Knowledge of German would be an advantage. Your winning, convincing personality is characterized by an entrepreneurial attitude and independent action. You have respectful, professional assertiveness and have proven your good communication, presentation and negotiation skills with interlocutors at different hierarchical levels in an international environment.
