We are seeking a Managing Director Global Sales for one of the group’s successful subsidiaries, a leading player in the industrial drive technology sector. Located in Bavaria, the subsidiary offers an extensive portfolio of high-quality components for industrial drive technology that are used in a wide variety of industries requiring absolute precision and reliable durability. In addition to a large portfolio of standard products, the company develops customized solutions that are specifically tailored to customer needs. With around 300 employees, the company generates approximately 50 million euros in annual sales. Through its subsidiaries in Europe, North America and Asia, and a global network of authorized dealers, the company successfully serves customers around the world.

Managing Director Global Sales with P&L responsibility – Driving Growth Process
As the Managing Director Global Sales, you will lead and steer the company, together with the Managing Directors of Finance and Operations, playing a pivotal role in the realization of the further growth process and the strategic direction of the company. In addition to the operational and strategic leadership and further development of the international sales organization, your main task will be to maximize market potential and drive the further globalization of the business. Furthermore, you will develop new business models, such as digital offerings, to stay ahead in an evolving market environment.

Entrepreneurial personality with sales focus and global market expertise
We are seeking an entrepreneurial, commercially and technically proficient leader with a degree in business administration, industrial engineering or a similar qualification. You should bring several years of experience and proven track record in a comparable role within international sales, ideally within a medium-sized metal processing manufacturing company. A deep understanding of the global market for industrial drive technology and familiarity with industry-specific customer needs are essential. Your experience should include successfully developing new markets and implementing innovative business models. You should also have the ability to lead and inspire global sales teams, including international sales offices and authorized dealers. Your excellent communication and negotiation skills, combined with strong analytical skills and strategic thinking, will enable you to assess complex market dynamics and develop effective sales strategies.
